Shipping Policy
Order Tracking
Your order tracking number will be displayed on the Order Status Details page once it has been shipped. You will also receive an email notification regarding any changes in order status.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are indicative and may vary. Courier companies charge by weight and dimensions of the package. Since orders may include a combination of products, shipping cost cannot be predicted accurately at checkout. If the actual shipping cost is higher, our customer service team will contact you and guide you through paying the difference.
Free Shipping Offer
GST of 18% is applicable.
Free shipping applies only to single-package, non-oversized shipments within India.
Free shipping does not apply to flammable or hazardous items, oversized items, or bulk orders.
We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard delivery within India takes 1–5 business days after dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We aim to deliver all orders within 8 days of purchase, but delays beyond our control may occur.
Oversized Items
Oversized items incur additional charges due to size/weight. Examples include drafting tables, floor easels, large canvases, bulk quantities of materials, heavy products, or large dimension goods.
You will be notified by email with the updated shipping cost for approval before your order is processed.
Freight Truck Items
Very large or heavy items (such as studio easels, large drafting tables, or studio-size furniture) may require freight truck shipping.
Minimum freight charge: ₹2000.
Delivery requires a physical address and phone number.
Delivery time for bulk educational institution orders may take up to 3 weeks (June–August).
International Orders
International orders are shipped via FedEx or another reliable carrier. Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and destination. Some hazardous or flammable products cannot be shipped internationally.
Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
Orders will not be shipped without your approval of final shipping costs (sent by email).
A valid phone number is required for delivery.
⚠️ Electrical products may not be compatible with international power systems and are non-returnable.
